| Endurance Sport Eyewear will warranty any of our products against manufacturer defects. We will either replace your sunglass with an identical or similar pair. To file a warranty claim, please send your sunglasses via US Postal Service along with a check or pre-paid money order for $5.95 for shipping and handling along with your name, shipping address and proof of purchase to:

If you are not happy with your online purchase, you may return the item within 30-days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling or other charges. The item must be unused with the original box along with all paperwork and cases.
Please note: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear including but not limited to scratched lenses. Endurance Sport Eyewear has the discretion to decide what is a manufacturer defect and what constitutes normal wear and tear.
